3. NETWORK REMINDER may be freely distributed, provided the

charge a fee for the distribution of NETWORK REMINDER without
written permission from the copyright holder.

4. NETWORK REMINDER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY
